We deliver products depending on your area or weight: SAMEDAY, GLS, CARGUS, NEMO, FAN COURIER.

The shipping fee will automatically appear on the order completion page and there are no charges for additional kilometers.

Product return(s):

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from www.msagroup.ro or want to cancel the purchase, you can apply for the product return procedure within a maximum of 14 days from their receipt.

The right of return within 14 days is regulated by Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts.

The 14-day return right applies to customers who have purchased products online from www.msagroup.ro.

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may fall to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.

The right to cancel the purchase does not apply to legal entities.

The 14-day period is calculated from the date on which the products were received by the customer.

The product return procedure involves the following steps:

1. Registration of product return request and obtaining the return registration number (NR-RMA)

The buyer completes the form in the Returns section

The return request will be approved and registered in the system only if the data in the form are correctly completed and if the mandatory conditions for applying the return procedure for purchased products are met. (see paragraph - Return conditions);

Within a maximum of 24-48 hours, the buyer will receive a return registration number (NR-RMA) and details regarding the application of the return procedure by e-mail.

2. Return conditions

The returned product must:

• - be in the same condition as it was delivered;
• - in the original packaging with all related accessories and consumables (if applicable, etc.);
• - without showing signs of wear, modification or consumption both for the products and for the accessories and/or consumables accompanying the returned products;
• - with intact labels and original documents that accompanied it (tax invoice, warranty certificate, etc.);

3. Discovery and validation of product return acceptance

After the product(s) arrive at the asmmasterlogistic headquarters, qualified personnel will check and determine whether the return procedure applies to these received products. The verification and determination are made based on the return request issued by the buyer and the mandatory conditions for applying the return procedure for purchased products (see paragraph - Return conditions);

The final results found will be communicated to the buyer by e-mail, within a maximum of 24-48 hours from the receipt of the product(s), these also referring to the special fees applied, if applicable, in the product return process (see paragraph - Costs and special fees for product return);

Based on the communicated results, the buyer is obliged, by e-mail, to provide acceptance or observations regarding what is mentioned in the communicated results, in order to continue the product return process.

Product replacement

For purchased products that meet the mandatory conditions for applying the return procedure and involve product replacement, the seller will replace the product with a new one of the model specified in the buyer's initial order. If replacement with a product from the same category of a higher value is agreed, the buyer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, the buyer will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product.

4. Costs and special fees for product return(s)

Costs borne by the buyer:

• - Return and courier transport costs for the product in which the buyer cancels the purchase of the product within 14 days of receipt of the product;
• - Courier transport cost for the buyer's option to re-ship the product that was found by the seller not to meet the mandatory conditions for applying the product return procedure;

Costs borne by the seller:

Return and courier transport costs for the product in which, upon receipt of the product, the buyer finds that:

• - Product not conforming to the specifications in the seller's offer;
• - Product not conforming to the specifications mentioned in the buyer's order;
• - Product has defects or parcels show damage.

Refund of sums

The sums will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of termination of the contract by the consumer.

Note:

1. The product return policy mentioned above applies only to products ordered online on www.msagroup.ro that have been received by the individual buyer after transport by Express Courier / Romanian Post;

2. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, the buyer is requested to refuse their receipt;
